She also announced that there will be arriving Micronutrient Powders (MNPs). She will just announce when it arrives so LGUs can get them.
Mr. Jonathan Papiona of Leyte PNP, presented the e-OPT result of the province and ranked the top 10 highest ranking in malnutrition indicators. He also announced that the municipality of Palo has yet to submit its report.
Meanwhile, NNC8-PNFP Gerico A. Sabalza reiterated the submission of the BNS database and the prescribed picture for their IDs. He also announced that the regional office is fast-tracking the collection of master list for the DSP-Tutok Kainan recipient towns.
In the afternoon, NPC Dr. Catalino P. Dotollo, Jr. updated the MNAOs on the ongoing verification of the Child Friendly Local Government audit. He emphasized that means of verification (MOV) of indicators are data on stunting, wasting and overweight and obesity. He likewise announced the submission of data of BNSs for their identification cards and the purchase of BNSs kits.
Furthermore, the NPC told the PNO to expedite the conduct of MELLPI Pro until the end of November as the schedule of Regional Nutrition Awarding Ceremony will be on December 10, 2021.
Meanwhile, PNAO Mae Mendoza announced the activities for December including the election of Officers of NAOs in the province. #NPC-CPD.
