NNC Officer-in-Charge Executive Director Bio

Atty. Rosalina U. Bascao is an experienced public servant and has been a prime mover, and team leader and player.

She first served at the National Nutrition Council (NNC), an attached agency of the Department of Health, Philippines, as the Chief of the Nutrition Policy and Planning Division in October 2022; later served as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Executive Director for Administrative and Financial Service.

In November 2024, she was appointed as Deputy Executive Director for Administrative and Financial Service of the NNC. In June 2025, Atty. Bascao was designated as the Officer-in-Charge Executive Director IV of the NNC Secretariat.
