The Regional Evaluation Team (RET) of NCR conducts Monitoring and Evaluation of Local Level Plan Implementation (MELLPI) usually from March to April to the 17 LGUs in Metro Manila. This activity aims to monitor and validate the efficiency and effectiveness of the nutrition and nutrition related activities implemented at the local level.

Every year, NNC-NCR invites the regional government agencies and non n-government organizations to become members of the Regional Evaluation Team (RETT) to ensure a balance perspective in the e evaluation of the programs at the local level. Members of the RET includes the following agencies: CHD-MM, DepED-NCR, DSWD–NCR, DILG¬NCR, DA-IV A and B, D DOLE-NCR, PopCom-NCR, PIA-NCR, MMDA A, Nutrition Foundation of the Philippines, Nutrition Center of the Philippines, Hope for the Youth Foundation, Grace Family Helper Project, Save the Children, ABS-CBN Bantay Bata 163, and GMA Kapuso Foundation.
