MAASIN CITY – Maasin City Nutrition Action Officer and City Health Officer II Dr. Francilisa I. Tan received the cheque from NNC 8 NPC Dr. Catalino P. Dotollo, Jr. representing 2021 traveling allowance of the city’s more than 71 Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNSs) of the city.

The traveling allowance is one of the monetary support of the National Nutrition Council given to BNSs in grateful recognition of the untiring and dedicated services of the BNSs.

The city of Maasin received the traveling allowance in an annual basis after having been liquidated previous releases and submitted their yearly proposal.

The city is one the LGUs in Eastern Visayas to submit earlier of such proposal. #NPC-CPD
